  This place is definitely better than the previous establishment. I stick with getting the same thing every time  I get the enchiladas supreme because I know what it is and it's good and they don't disappoint with it. Usually you have to request the white cheese sauce and pay extra instead of red sauce but it automatically comes that way here and I like that. They have some sort of Mexican ranch dipping sauce for the chips that is so good. Their food isn't bland like the previous establishments was. It has a lot of flavor and it's well decorated and clean.

  Pleasantly surprised after a few not-so-great dining experiences in WV.
  
  Don Patron had an inviting atmosphere and several large screen TVs for catching up sports.
  
  The menu has a large variety but my husband and I settled on splitting a platter of enchiladas. All were very good and included one chicken, one cheese, one beef and one bean. The margarita was refreshing.
  
  Only complaint I have is there there was something wet and sticky on the floor below our table. I had to go outside and scrap off my sandal before I got into the car.

  I travel a lot for work and every time I'm out of town, I try go to local Mexican restaurant. I get the same thing every time I eat Mexican, doesn't matter the place. I get the fajitas with steak,chicken, and shrimp. It really is the best 'bang for your buck'. The portion size is huge. And you get another plate with rice, beans, lettuce, pico, guac and sour cream. It's too much food for one person to eat but I've tried it a time or two!  
  I'm a big fan of the free chips and salsa the give you when you arrive (I think everyone loves the chips and salsa). My waiter asked if I wanted more chips and of course I said yes, and when he comes back to my table he brings me, not only chips, but guacamole and white queso. It was a real treat! I over indulged and ate more chips than I planned on and by the time my meal came out, I barely ate any of it. I saved it for dinner the next night and it did not disappoint. Love this place, definitely going back when I'm in the to area.

  the food was good, the service was quick and conscientious.  The actual restaurant building leaves something to be desired but the food was good so again ....appearances deceive....went in anyway...glad we did....

  Best fish tacos on the planet earth.  Yup, in little Elkins, WV!  Also the best margaritas on the planet earth.  Especially the mango ones.  Very clean place and the servers are very attentive.  We come every time we're back in Elkins.  They have another location in Weston which is also fantastic.
